July 1st, 2015 the Service Management intake process used in the Information Services (IS) Department was modified and Information Services is no longer able to receive incident reports or requests through the helpdesk@ucare.org email. All incident reports and requests must be communicated by calling the IS Service Desk directly at 612-676-3357.
Incoming incidents and requests will still be processed in the same manner. Aside from needing to make calls directly, this modification will not affect users. If you have any questions please call the Service Desk.
